Iberia R-V is excited to announce we will be using Online Registration this school year for current and new students. The portal for the 2024-2025 school year is now open! The process is different depending on if your student is currently enrolled or if they are new to the district.
Current Students
Families will need to log into your current PowerSchool Parent Portal to complete the registration. When you log onto your PowerSchool Parent Portal account, select the “Forms” tab in the left column (computer) or “Forms” under More (App). The forms will load under “Enrollment”. This shows you the forms that need to be completed. It will take several minutes to complete and/or edit the information in the forms. Please verify the information and correct anything that is not correct. You will need to do this for each student you have in the district. Many of the forms are submitted for all students in the family at one time. So if you have more than one student enrolled, you will only do those particular forms once. The system will tell you if a form has already been submitted. Once all forms show as “Submitted”, you have completed the online registration process.
If you do not have or know your Powerschool Parent Portal login information, it will be available during Open House on August 15, 5:00-7:00 PM.
Incoming Kindergarten Students and New Students
If you have an incoming Kindergartener or a New student to the district, you will need to Pre-Register your student at this address

Our office staff will then review your enrollment request. Once approved, you will receive an email with information on the next steps. All new students are required to provide proof of residency for the 2024-2025 school year. If you wish, you may upload your residency verification items within the Forms Enrollment (ex: utility bills, lease agreement, etc.). You may also provide physical forms at a building office.
