Iberia RV School District
Sealed bids will be received by the Iberia RV School District, 201 Pemberton Drive Iberia, MO 65486, until 2:00 p.m., on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, and there at said office publicly opened and read aloud for the construction of the following:
Drainage and Stormwater Improvements. Project consists of site grading and the installation of various size stormwater piping, ADS inlet structures, junction boxes, and all associated appurtenances. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as stated on the bid form.
Following the request or registration, a complete set of the bidding documents will be emailed as “zipped” portable document format (PDF) files by contacting Archer-Elgin at 573-364-6362 or by e-mail to kerbar@cmarcher.com. Paper specifications and plans are on file for examination at the office of the Engineers, Archer-Elgin Engineering, Surveying and Architecture, 310 East 6th Street; Rolla, Missouri 65401. Paper copies of the bidding documents may be obtained from the Engineer upon payment of a non-refundable sum of $50.00 for each complete set. An additional amount of $25.00 will be charged for mailing of bidding documents.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities, and to determine the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder, and to award the contract on that basis.
A pre-bid conference will be held at Iberia RV School District, 201 Pemberton Drive Iberia, MO 65486, at 2:00 p.m., on Wednesday, April 16, 2025. All Bidders are encouraged to attend this meeting. Bids must be submitted for the project on the Bid Form bound in the Bidding Documents. Bid Envelope must state “Drainage and Stormwater Improvements”.
Each bidder must submit a bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of their total bid.
The prevailing hourly rate of wages, as determined by the Industrial Commission of Missouri, will be complied with on this project, and not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages as found by the agencies or Court of Appeals shall be paid to all workmen performing work under this contract.
